Joseph Abraham
Joseph Abraham is the firm’s managing partner. He began his legal career at a defense firm representing the Florida Insurance Guarantee Association (FIGA), where he oversaw a team of attorneys and helped create a statewide litigation strategy following the 2005-2007 Hurricanes (Wilma, Katrina, Rita). In 2010 Joseph began representing homeowners and businesses in their insurance disputes throughout Florida, including hurricane, plumbing, wind, flood, fire, and mold claims. He has represented various condominium association buildings (100+ units) in their insurance claims against master policies, as well as helping individual unit owners with their damages. He is also a passionate advocate for clients with serious personal injury and wrongful death claims.
Joseph graduated from the University of Michigan in 2002 as a Regent Merit Scholar. He then moved Spain for a year and became fluent in Spanish before permanently relocating to Miami to earn his law degree from St. Thomas University. He is licensed to practice law in the Florida and Illinois, and in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida.
Joseph strives to treat every client with the respect and compassion they deserve, while using his experience and skill to obtain great results. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and is active member of the charitable Emmaus organization.
