Jeff Lamour
Jeff Lamour is an attorney who represents clients with first-party property insurance claims. He has handled claims that have been denied or underpaid and the types of claims vary from hurricane, roof leak, and plumbing claims to name a few. However, no matter the claim, his main concern is to achieve the best possible outcome for each client. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. Jeff is also a licensed Public Adjuster, and he is trained in the claim measurement software used by the insurance companies.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Barry University in 2016. Then he matriculated into the University of Miami School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2019. During his time in law school, he participated in the Tenants’ Rights Clinic at Legal Services of Greater Miami where he assisted clients with matters related to housing and interned for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Patrick A. White of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is fluent in Haitian Creole. In his spare time, Jeff likes to remain active by playing basketball or going to the gym.
